Fonts are digital products with instant delivery. Here’s when a refund is possible and when it isn’t.

1.General principle

All font purchases are final. A font is a digital file delivered instantly upon payment and cannot be “returned” after download, since the copy is already with you.

2.Waiver of the 14-day right (EU/EEA buyers)

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins — to the extent permitted by applicable law (Art. 16(m), EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

This is a standard and lawful practice for digital goods: the withdrawal right expires as soon as you access the file.

3.When a refund is possible

We will refund or fix the issue free of charge if:

the file is corrupted or won’t open;
you accidentally bought the wrong license type or were double-charged;
the font materially differs from its description on the site.

Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase — we’ll repair the file, swap the license, or issue a refund at our discretion.

4.Role of Lemon Squeezy

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Lemon Squeezy may issue a refund on its own within 60 days to prevent chargebacks — this ability remains regardless of this policy.
