1.Who controls your data

The Data Controller is Vladimir Egoshin (brand Egoshin Type), an independent type designer. For any data question: [email protected].

2.What data we collect

• Email — to deliver the font link, your receipt and (with consent) update emails.
• Name — if you provided it at checkout.
• Purchase data — which font, license type, amount, currency, order number.
• Technical data — IP address and basic visit statistics (via Cloudflare hosting).

We never see or store your card details — they are handled by the payment provider (see §4).

3.Why, and on what legal basis

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing the order, delivering the file and receipt.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — font update emails; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Legitimate interest — site security and fraud prevention.

4.Who we share data with (processors)

We use the following trusted processors to run the store:

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing, Merchant of Record (DPA).
• Resend — transactional email and update delivery.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and order database (D1).

Each provider processes data under its own Data Processing Agreement and may be located outside the EU/UK (including the US). Such transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and Data Privacy Framework certification where applicable.

5.How long we keep it

We keep purchase data as long as needed for accounting, tax obligations and customer support (typically up to 6 years). Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

6.Your rights

Under GDPR you may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, email [email protected] — we respond within the legally required timeframe.

7.Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies and basic Cloudflare analytics for security and stability. We do not set third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8.International data transfers

Because our processors (Lemon Squeezy, Resend, Cloudflare) are US-based, your data may be processed outside the EEA. We rely on lawful transfer mechanisms (SCC / Data Privacy Framework).

9.Changes & complaints

We may update this policy; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. If you believe your rights have been breached, you may lodge a complaint with your country’s data protection supervisory authority.
